Are you eating for energy yet? Eating living foods is much better for your health than eating foods that have had all of the nutritional value “cooked out” of them. Every time you throw vegetables into a stir fry, you are doing yourself a disservice. You are robbing those vegetables of things that could help you start eating for energy.

So what exactly are raw foods? Raw foods are anything that has never been heated over forty degrees Celsius. They are foods that are extremely rich in energy. They are often plant foods like fruits or vegetables, and even nuts, seeds, grains, or beans, as long as they are eaten in their natural state.
