Eating raw foods is simply better for you. Why would you want to eat dead foods that have had all of the valuable nutrients cooked out of them? When you eat a raw food diet, weight loss is a natural part of the process. Most people lost weight when they start on the raw food diet. Weight loss is never easy, and neither is starting a new diet.
To lose weight with the raw food diet, you must start switching over you foods slowly. Try not to throw away all of your current food and buy all raw food right away, or you will likely become overwhelmed and go back to your regular eating habits.
